Confirmation of the receipt of your Resident Home Loan Application will be forwarded to you within 24 business hours of receipt.
After receiving your completed Application Form and Supporting Evidence, our credit team will assess your application based on the information provided.
Assuming your Application meets our credit assessment guidelines; your loan will be Conditionally Approved within 48 business hours of receipt. This assumes all documentation has been provided. Should we require you to provide any additional documentation or information we will also endeavour to contact you within 48 business hours of receipt.
